Course Overview

With most traumatic injuries and broken bones, patients recover and may need to make some life changes, but patients who sustain a spinal cord injury, a whole new set of life skills is required. Patients with spinal cord injury face many complications after injury and long-term problems that need to be addressed on a daily basis to prevent further complications and even death. The amount of energy and focus needed to lead a healthy life is enormous and complicated but there are tips on how to accomplish a healthy life.
